This is so amazing you guys. One of the cast members from glee. She lost two dress sizes in seven months. And she did it the right way. She dropped fast food, ate healthy and worked out. She is 26 or 27 years old. This is such a motivator. She even looks younger. I think I have to look at this picture every morning to motivate my lazy self to get up and work out. She did it and she was already on TV making a lot of money and no one asked her to change. She loved herself the way she was. But she said it was time to get healthy. Lets get healthy everyone. The time is now. We can do this yall!!!!!!!

So today I had a long talk with one of my closes friends. Things are going to change around here. I am so excited for you guys to see the easy ways we are going to lose weight right from our own homes. Its really hard to lose weight on your own. If you can find anyone. Anyone at all that wants to or needs to lose weight. Then do it. My friend doesn’t need to lose as much as me. But at least she is there with me. In two weeks I will post my first ever picture to tumblr. I will take one tomorrow when we start then again in two weeks to see how much has come off. I haven’t really eaten anything all day, but I feel so full and nasty. Like I want to go cleanse myself and hit the gym up. This morning had a breakfast biscuit from Carls Jr, at around 4pm my co worker brought me two tacos from taco bell and around 7pm I had like one piece of chicken. But yet I feel like I have eaten so much. I don’t feel good. I want to cleanse. What kind of things can I do to cleanse my system. Nothing bad. Does anyone know? May I add its 1:50am and I’m up typing this feeling this uggg!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Heading to the gym at 7:30 am. I dont know if anyone else has this problem. But my parents think that I need to be at the gym first thing in the morning. Because of my weight I should never sleep in, they think I should get up and be at the gym. I dont think it matters when I go to the gym. I’m not a morning person so its hard for me to get up and go straight to working out. My dad says thats the time you actually burn fat because you have nothing in your system yet. I DONT KNOW.. But I’m heading there now. So if I can get up and go this early so can you. GET UP!!!!!!!!! Go do 40mins cardio.
You guys I lost my ipod touch, so I cant even film things for you like I wanted to. Hopefully I find it soon, so I can start filming these works out and my days for you guys. Stay Blessed Everyone…
The plan is that we are going to Disneyland in like hmm 3 to 4 weeks. The problem is I can barely walk without my back hurting. Plus I’m scared that they are going to tell me that I am to fat for the rides. I don’t look that fat but I’m scared. So for the next three weeks hard core everything. I am going to stick to eating right now cheating, work out everyday for at least an hour. I know some people say that short term goals for weight loss is not good but thats not true. If going to Disneyland or a wedding is what is going to motive you that month then do it. Then the next month find something else to motive you. I doubt when you lose major weight for that event you are going to stop you are going to want to keep going. Don’t stop for people like me. I lost 10lbs and I think I did something and I start eating again. NOOOO please don’t do that. Take it from me. You think it is one bite and it ends up being a whole week of fast food. You lose 5lbs or 10lbs treat yourself with something healthy but tasty. They have some weight watchers ice cream. Something healthy, something one time, and make sure you have someone with you. If you can don’t break your healthy eating habit. Keep going until you start craving some sweets, then treat yourself with something small but healthy and make sure you write it down on a calendar or something so you can see o yesterday I had a cookie, I dont need one today. I hope this make sense. If it doesnt then just email me. But find what is going to motive you for the month to lose weight and keep reminding yourself of that. In two weeks I am taking a trip with my mom for a weekend that’s another motivator that I have. Summer coming up is one of the biggest motivation girls have right now. Pin that bathing suit to your wall so you can see it everyday. Or hell put it in your kitchen so you can see it everyday. So now that I am down rambling, lets do this. Lets lose some weight.
